"I am very happy with your service, and from the beginning you have made me feel involved in my Mum's care.
I have noticed a difference in my Mum, in comparison it's like night and day, and all positive. Mum talks about Jaqi all the time and speaks very fondly, always praising her actions and most importantly says "she always listens to me", even the little things like the amount of soap Mum likes on her flannel, and now likes the fact this is done for her without her needing to repeat the request each time.
Times of calls are always spot on, and communication good and I know any changes would be communicated well in advanced.
I would definitely recommend you to family, friends, brilliant service, we are really chuffed, and my Mum is very happy and that is what's important"

"I am extremely lucky to have found this company of caregivers, who I would wholeheartedly recommend. All the ladies I have met have been friendly, professional and well-presented. Both my parents have issues that impact on how they cope at home day to day and being their only remaining child I find a lot of my time taken up being their carer. The ladies that tend to my parents have made my life much easier and both parents are very pleased with how they are being treated."
